1. The week ahead. Simple wooden pegs, each with a label: boxing, swimming, stretching, PWR!, squash, treadmill etc.
2. Right. What’s the plan: boxing, dancing, walking, tai-chi, swimming. Plan your week by putting a number of exercise ‘pills’ in each compartiment.
3. Looking good! Each day has its own exercise pills. Just don’t swallow them :).
4. And this is what happens when you don’t stick to your exercise plan. Complete OVERFLOW on Sunday. You are going to be SOOO busy on Sunday.
